In honor of Jessica and Jason’s wedding coming up I thought I would go back to this fall when I met up with them and shot their engagement session!
Jessica, Jason and I met at the Columbus Zoo. It is definitely one of my favorite places and now I know it is by far one of Jessica and Jason’s favorite places. You see, Jason took Jessica to the zoo and knowing that the elephants were her favorite, set up a special meeting where they could meet the elephants! Little did Jessica know that was also where Jason was going to propose to her! It is, by far, one of the cutest engagement stories I have heard!
So we all agreed that shooing their engagement photos at the Zoo was a must! Sadly, the animals that day did not agree. Exhibit after exhibit we were let down by the animals, but not by Jessica and Jason. We decided to just snap away and capture them together in their favorite place. Animals or not. We even took a carousel ride!
After the zoo we headed over to Highbanks Park and captured all the fall colors. It was such a lovely day and Jessica and Jason are just the most lovely couple. I can not wait for their wedding day this month! I hope you enjoy!
